Executive Team

Donovan Roper
Donovan is the Senior founding partner of Roper & Roper, PA, a civil litigation firm in Apopka since March, 1996. Don has been a trial attorney since September 1990, and he is a Co-Owner of Atletico Orlando FC who has also been the primary team sponsor since 2020. He also serves as an Assistant Coach for both Atletico’s indoor and outdoor squads.

Tony Gastearl
Tony Gastearl is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industries, bringing a diverse and dynamic background in international professional basketball, Major League Rugby, and Major League Indoor Soccer. He currently plays key roles with NOLA Gold Rugby and Atletico Pro FC, Orlando where he continues to drive growth, strategy, and athlete development.
Tony Gastearl is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industries, bringing a diverse and dynamic background in international professional basketball, Major League Rugby, and Major League Indoor Soccer. He currently plays key roles with NOLA Gold Rugby and Atletico Pro FC, Orlando where he continues to drive growth, strategy, and athlete development.
Tony holds a B.S. in Sports Management, as well as Associate degrees in Business Administration and Music Business. He is a Certified Professional Basketball Scout and a Certified NIL Consultant, leveraging his credentials to help athletes and organizations navigate the evolving sports landscape.
Tony is the Founder of Recruit First, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth and underserved athletes with access to recruiting resources, mentorship, and exposure opportunities. He is also the Founder of Skyers-Gastearl Sports Group, a sports consultancy and athlete representation firm focused on career development, scouting, and sports marketing.
With a passion for athlete empowerment, organizational leadership, and sports innovation, Tony continues to leave a strong impact across multiple levels of the sports world—both nationally and internationally.

Joedy Addison
Joedy Addison is a Co-Owner and also serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Atlético Orlando FC, bringing over a decade of entrepreneurial and business development experience across the healthcare, real estate, and sports industries.

A native of Atlanta, GA and graduate of the University of Alabama, Joedy has built a reputation as a strategic thinker and relationship builder, with a proven track record in launching and scaling successful ventures. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on partnership development, branding, and revenue generation within the professional sports space.
At Atlético Orlando FC, Joedy leads the club’s corporate partnership initiatives fostering meaningful collaborations that align with the team's vision while creating value for business partners, fans, and the broader community. In addition to his role with Atletico Pro, Joedy serves a founding and managing partner of 9XV Capital Partners. Elsie Rayon
Atletico Pro FC, Orlando is proud to welcome Elsie Rayon as the club’s new Director of Media & Events. A seasoned professional with a deep-rooted history in the soccer community, Elsie brings a unique blend of experience in sports leadership, media, and community engagement.

She currently serves as on-air talent for Televizion NOLA, where she continues to expand her reach across the Gulf Coast market, with a vision to bridge communities through sports and media. Elsie also holds the position of Vice President at Nola Athletic FC, a Louisiana-based club competing in the UPSL. Her soccer journey began through grassroots coaching roles at the Gretna Recreation Department, Plaquemines Parish Recreation Department, and Louisiana Fire Soccer. She later honed her operational expertise as Vice President of Operations at Soccer Innovations of America. Her influence extends beyond the pitch. Elsie has contributed meaningfully to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana, served on the Young Professionals Committee, and is a graduate of the YLC Leadership Development Series. She also holds a degree in Sports Technology and Innovation from Tigres UANL and Zsports Peru, highlighting her commitment to progressive approaches in sport.
In addition to her sports and media accomplishments, Elsie is a certified interpreter with the Louisiana Supreme Court, bringing more than a decade of experience in the legal field. At Atlético Orlando FC, Elsie aims to elevate the club’s presence through strategic media outreach, high-impact event execution, and strong community ties—solidifying her role as a key figure in the club’s continued growth.

Jay Greyson
Jay Greyson serves as Executive Board member. As Co-founder & Partner in Supply Chain Equity Partners (“SCEP”) (www.supplychainequity.com), North America’s only committed capital Private Equity firm focused exclusively on making investments in the Distribution & Logistics industry. The firm was founded by distribution industry veterans, including former executives, previous owners, and leading consultants, with over 800 years of collective distribution experience. This network of resources and knowledge is available to the management teams of the companies in which SCEP invests to help accelerate companies’ growth trajectories and optimize the businesses.

Jay has been named Dealmaker of the Year, the highest individual honor in M&A awarded annually to one “dealmaker” in North America, and has been the recipient of nine M&A industry awards including Industrial Distribution and Manufacturing Deals of the Year in both North America and Europe.
Uniquely, Jay combines his finance background with extensive operating experience in distribution, logistics, sales and sales management, multi-channel marketing, product management, manufacturing, operations, turnaround management, and general management. Collectively, Jay has over 25 years of combined private equity, investment banking, and business experience which has directly exposed him to market-leading competitive strategies across a wide range of industries and business models.
Accordingly, Jay leverages his extensive business and deal experience by working closely with SCEP’s portfolio companies, typically serving as executive chairman, to help craft, fund, and execute “game-changing” strategies and tactics to enhance their growth, profitability, and valuation.

Patrick Roth
Patrick Roth is a strong operational leader with fifteen years’ experience in Healthcare and Supply Chain. In addition to his role with Atletico Pro, he oversees Procurement for a national healthcare company, primarily focused on negotiating supplier contracts, budgeting capital dollars, and process improvement. He has led large teams and has a unique ability to communicate with all levels of an organization to successfully execute projects.
Patrick Roth is a strong operational leader with fifteen years’ experience in Healthcare and Supply Chain. In addition to his role with Atletico Pro, he oversees Procurement for a national healthcare company, primarily focused on negotiating supplier contracts, budgeting capital dollars, and process improvement. He has led large teams and has a unique ability to communicate with all levels of an organization to successfully execute projects.
In his role as COO, Patrick will oversee day-to-day club operations and support financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
A native of Orlando, and graduating from UCF, Patrick is strong advocate for Orlando sports and is excited to bring his skill, knowledge and leadership to the club.

Eduardo "Dudu'" Cruz
Eduardo “Dudu” Cruz, a native of Brazil, began his journey in the United States in 2010 to play collegiate soccer at Ashford University. In 2012, he transferred to Belhaven University, where he contributed to the team’s success in securing the NAIA National Championship title. During his college career, Coach Dudu earned All-American honors, showcasing his exceptional talent and leadership on the field. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Coach Dudu’s professional playing career includes two seasons in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) with the Orlando SeaWolves and one season in the National Indoor Soccer League (NISL) with the Central Florida Crusaders. He is currently competing in MASL 2 with Atletico Orlando, continuing to bring his experience and passion to the game.
Coaching Career:
Coach Dudu began his coaching career in 2006 at the University of São Paulo, focusing on futsal and developing players across various levels and age groups. Since then, he has accumulated extensive experience, working with youth soccer clubs, collegiate athletes, and professional performance programs. In addition to his work on the field, Coach Dudu served as the Director of the Girls’ Program at Ideasports Academy in Orlando. His diverse coaching portfolio also includes leading physical education classes, managing after-school programs, and designing performance development initiatives.
